Evelyn Cooper is a British author born and raised in the scenic beauty of North Wales. Inspired by epic mountain ranges and glorious beaches, Evelyn puts a little bit of her home town into all of her stories. It is her love of all things Welsh that provides authenticity to her books, which are predominantly based around the coastal town of Barmouth, and surrounding areas in North Wales. There is always a Welsh word or phrase referenced within her writings!!

Evelyn writes fantasy, paranormal fantasy and cosy mysteries. If there is an elf, witch or dragon involved it came from the host of forgotten castles, dense forests, and mountain caves of North Wales.

In the real world, Evelyn is an analytical hypnotherapist, certified aromatherapist, gold counsellor, and Reiki practitioner.

Spending her free time conjuring creatures of imagination and combining them with the glories of nature which she discovers on her walks through the Cotswold countryside where she now resides. Evelyn admits to having a passion for red wine and a good rugby match.
